The Billy Garden.

We’ve been building gardens for over 25 years and it’s not often the stars align with a job like this. Billy Innes, a proper dirt under the nails, garden obsessed client, builds her dream house that has the garden outlook pictured from every room. Billy, an Interior Designer, and the daughter of Architect, Michael Innes, work together to design a house that is stunning in every way. Billy appoints Landscape Architect, Kate Patterson to design a garden that ticks all the family boxes, and also seriously delivers on hard construction elements. Then, Billy does us the honour of including us in her dream team. We built this garden alongside our very clever client, who largely undertook the plant selection herself and then mucked in and got her hands really down and dirty planting alongside us. That’s why we call it The Billy Garden. 👏🏻

The devil is in the detail.
Reclaimed railway timber sleepers used as treads and stacked upright at staggered heights to retain. Exposed aggregate, softened with Dichondra, Chalksticks, anchored with; Westringia.
Plus some beautiful lighting hardware.
A steep bank is reimagined as an entrance pathway. Both practical and pretty.
